  • Description The Red Hills 123 MW Wind Power Project consists in the installation of 82 Acciona 1.5 MW turbines to a capacity of 123 MW of wind power on approximately 5,000 acres of agricultural and grazing land. The facility will deliver power into the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) with interconnection at the Western Farmers Electric Cooperative.
